2 tbsp International Collection Grapeseed oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small green chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped
8 oz frozen very large shrimp or prawns, defrosted and drained
Freshly ground salt
1 tsp International Collection Lemon Flavored Oil
2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Heat the grapeseed oil and cook the garlic and chili for two minutes. Add the prawns and salt and cook over a high heat for a further two minutes. Add the lemon in grapeseed oil and serve immediately, sprinkle with parsley.
