PAN FRIED SWORDFISH STEAKS
In a large shallow dish, mix together the International Collection Lime Flavored Olive Oil, chili, coriander, garlic and seasoning. Place the swordfish, or tuna steaks, in the marinade and baste well. Cover and keep in a cool place, preferably in the fridge, for at least one hour, turning the fish over a couple of times.
Heat a frying pan and fry the steaks with the marinade in the pan for about 6 minutes on each side. Serve immediately with a crisp salad and crusty bread.
